Store in a cool, dry place after opening. **Q: What is the difference between this product and metamucil fiber drink?** A: I did not like a drink. I prefer taking a pill. I take this pill 3 times a day but I also take a chloral (green super food) pill with them. I feel I do not eat enough greens. Also, water is important, many do not drink enough water. Doing the fiber drink provides you take in more water, but the pill il easier to take when you travel.
