Flat shoulder. **Q: will this work for a moen eissen faucet** A: I am very pleased with the variety of fastener lengths in this box up to 3/4" in thread length. I have taken apart my Moen faucet several times, and certainly the length of the bolt used in my faucet would be within those lengths in this box. All I can say is that if your faucet uses a metric fastener, then yes this will fit. If you take your bolt to Lowes or Home Depot, they have a board where you can screw in your fastener to determine the size. If you are M3, M4, or M5, then you should be covered by this set. I tried searching the internet to determine the size, and the parts list changes based on when your faucet was made. Honestly your best bet is to go to your local hardware store to determine the size, then either buy from them, or buy this assortment if your size is covered and your length less than 3/4" **Q: Are these magnetic? A great value for such a quality product. Highly recommended and would purchase again if needed. Received it fast as well. I used two lengths of the M4 screws for M/C carburetor float bowl replacements as they tend to need to be drilled out occasionally because of some people using the incorrect type of Phillips head screw driver, consequently mangling up the head of screw to the point of leaving drilling as the only option for removal prior to being rebuilt. But in all fairness to those people, a Jato head screw driver made for these carb. screws are very hard to find, if not impossible.
