Review: Smell sticks - The quality of the glass containers themselves is good. But the food smell sticks to the inside of the lids. I stored chopped onions in the smallest ones for 3 days in the fridge, and now the lids smell like onions. No matter what I use to wash them, even boiling them didn’t get rid of the smell. A: There snapware invention work on pressure no gaskets

**Q: Can lids go in microwave ?**
A: I do put the lids on top of the food in the microwave, but only after covering the dish with a paper towel or setting the lid askew. Otherwise, the fit is so good that as the food heats a vacuum seal is formed and the lid will be stuck to the glass, potentially misshaping it.

**Q: Why is this only $25 at your local Costco?**
A: Currently they are on sale for $19.99 at Costco.

The quality of the glass containers themselves is good. But the food smell sticks to the inside of the lids. I stored chopped onions in the smallest ones for 3 days in the fridge, and now the lids smell like onions. No matter what I use to wash them, even boiling them didn’t get rid of the smell. Now the inside of my cabinet where I store them smells of onions all the time. Also, please make sure to open the lids using the handle, and not the foldable pieces. Pulling them will definitely rip them off.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute best storage solution!

I have one complaint - the lid colors I received were not what I expected. Not a big issue and does not affect the function. HOWEVER - These are the best storage containers I have ever used. They clean easily, seal well enough you can fill with liquid and flip them upside down with no leaks. Storing the lids can be a challenge - I recommend putting the lids with the silicone seal up and laying the dishes on them to meet with the seal, stacked. I have one lid that the tab snapped off but it was my mistake. It still works great and seals fine. I use the smallest ones for holding opened cans of cat food - just drop the can in and seal. These are my preferred solution for freezing food - the lids do wipe off if written on but it can be a challenge.
