What normally takes me close to an hour rolling dough by hand took about five minutes - it was lifechanging. The different thickness settings make it easy to customize your pasta, and the cutters work great for spaghetti and fettuccini. It’s straightforward to use, fast, and feels sturdy while cranking. Honestly, I’m never buying pasta again. This makes it so easy and inexpensive to make fresh pasta at home, and the taste difference is absolutely worth it. The only downside is that cleaning can be a little annoying since dough tends to get stuck on the ends of the rollers. It just takes a bit of patience.
