It’s very sharp, easy to use, and easy to clean. I used to use kitchen shears for this, but this knife is much faster and works much better. It makes meal prep a lot easier, especially if you like your meat cut up Chipotle-style. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent chopper. Not just for pizza, but for meats, veggies and finely chopped herbs. The blade is very sharp and the handles make it so easy to use. It seems to be of great quality, including the blade cover. I’m very happy with this product. wish I had bought it years ago. I liked it so much that I just ordered a second one that I am planning to give as a Christmas gift. I highly recommend this product.
