There is a button on the battery pack you press to turn the lights on and off, so you do want that easily accessible. **Q: When it says multicolor light can you change it to a single light color?** A: Multicolor (aka Rainbow) Activ Lites are a combination of 22 bright blue, green, pink and white LED bulbs. The bulbs all stay the same color, but when you ride, the colors blend together to create a really cool effect. **Q: what is the battery life on these?** A: Great question! You can expect at least 12 hours in the constant on mode or over 24 hours in flashing mode. We supply 3 AAA batteries with every unit. You can replace them with dollar store batteries or use brand name alkaline or even rechargeable batteries if you prefer when you replace them.
