Designed to support up to 300 lbs, it includes two instructional DVDs to guide users from beginner to advanced, making it an all-in-one solution for toning, weight loss, and improved posture in a stylish, space-conscious design. ## Description Like all of our reformers, the AeroPilates Reformer Plus 379 allows you to tone, strengthen and lose weight effectively in your own home. But this recently upgraded reformer also includes a firmer, padded platform cushion and a larger, rounded Cardio Rebounder. You'll also have two workout DVDs, the Primer and the Basic. With the four cords of varying resistance, you have 11 intensity options at your disposal. The light-resistance yellow cord is great for arm exercises and will engage your core more while using the Cardio Rebounder. The heavy-resistance red cord and two normal-resistance black cords will require more strength, which is ideal for strengthening and toning the lower body. The patented Cardio Rebounder will help you reach and maintain your desired weight, flatten your stomach, strengthen your pelvic floor and target your goal heart rate as effectively as with a treadmill but without any of the impact nor stress. The pulley risers make changing the rope height easy and convenient. You may need a higher or lower rope height depending on the exercises you're performing because this also impacts the intensity. The two workout DVDS include the Basic, and Primer. Not only will beginners get the education and training they need to be successful, but seasoned practitioners will also be challenged. ## Features - HOME PILATES REFORMER - The AeroPilates Plus 379 Reformer provides an elegant system for returning to total health. If so, how many vertical inches do you need to make it happen?** A: The height you would need is 20 inches. It’s the arm bar that takes up the vertical space and would not be easy to remove after each workout **Q: How do you store the machine? Does it prop up against a wall easily?** A: I store it in a closet as I do not have alot of floor space to spare. And It wont slide under my bed. But it folds in half pretty easily and I remove the foot bar and have rigged up a way to stand it up without it leaning on the back bars where the cords are attached. It takes me a few minutes to do it, its a bit heavy, and it works pretty well. **Q: Is the jump board included?** A: One package has it and one doesn’t. Check the description and price, the higher price includes the jump board. **Q: Is assembly easy?** A: The assembly is very easy. It took less than half an hour ## Frequently Bought Together - Stamina Resistance Workout Machine with Rebounder, AeroPilates Reformer Plus 379, Purple - AeroPilates by Stamina 55-0012 Sturdy Steel Frame Pull Up Bar Pulley Riser Pilates Reformer Attachment with Padded Grip for Upper Body Exercise, Black - AeroPilates Equipment Mat | Protects and Extends Life of Pilates Reformer Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/254583562-aeropilates-reformer-plus-379-pilates-reformer-workout-machine-for-home](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/254583562-aeropilates-reformer-plus-379-pilates-reformer-workout-machine-for-home) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
