I was using a sea salt mixture I made myself - but the swelling and pulsating pain was getting to the point where I was close to throwing my hands up and removing the piercing - despite the fact my migraines seemed less frequent and less severe. This spray was a miracle. I sprayed it on a cotton ball until fully soaked and placed the cotton ball on my piercing for 20 minuets two times a day. It took about 2 weeks, but my infection cleared up. My piercing is much better. I definitely recommend this spray. **Q: do you just spray it on the piercing?** A: Yes. Just directly on.
