I’ve used them in all kinds of projects: Backlighting for almost every TV and monitor in my house Lighting up a bubble gum machine A custom 3D-printed Mario pole Even in custom resin tables (just to be clear, I did NOT embed them directly in resin) That versatility is a huge reason I keep coming back to these. Another big advantage is how customizable they are physically—you can cut them at every single LED, instead of being stuck cutting every 3, 4, or 6 LEDs like a lot of other brands. If you only need 6 feet for one project, you can use the remaining 10.4 feet on something else—just grab another controller and power supply and you’re good to go. Those are all great, but if you’re willing to put in a little effort, you can save a lot of money and build something way more custom. In fact, even after buying a controller and power supply, this setup can still come out cheaper than some of those pre-packaged systems.
