**Q: Just got this in today and it doesn't work. I tried different batteries and switched the inside switch off and on.  Any other ideas so I can gift it?**
A: Happened to me with a second unit I got. Just give a little help to the arm by moving it very gently while turning it on. It will then work.

**Q: Is there a speed control? Some videos show a slower arm others a much faster 'cat swipe speed' arm.**
A: No speed control, arm moves so fast it ruins effect.

**Q: Marketing material says it's earth quake resistant.  How exactly is that accomplished?  Sounds amazing!**
A: Don't waste your money. It is exactly what it says. A useless box. I bought it for my grandson and wished I would've saved the money cause it wasn't worth it.
