Easy to use, comfortable and the adjustments to time and temperature are wonderful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Faulty temperature control-edited *by B***R on December 11, 2025* Updating my review and upping my star rating mainly on the basis of customer service. As mentioned below, I do like all of the features of this heating pad with one exception. It heats well, but I find if it is getting too hot and I use the temperature control to turn it down. It seems to continue to heat at the same level or possibly higher for quite some time before regulating itself to the requested temp. Customer service has repeatedly tried to help and although I still can’t get it to work perfectly it is better than any of the other options, especially for my lower back. This thing has nine temperature settings however it will burn your skin on all of them. There does not seem to be any difference at all between a setting of one and a setting of nine. I hate that because the pad is good size and I really like their use of a strap and buckle instead of Velcro to hold it on.
