**Q: Is there a pocket inside the cover for the back cover of a field notes/moleskin book to slide into to hold it in place? can't tell from the pictures.**
A: No pocket, but there is an elastic band that is attached to the middle of the cover that will hold a field notes or moleskin in place.  You open the field notes to the middle and slide it in behind the elastic band.
