Each of the 2 boxes contains 3 patches for a total of 6 patches per package. The price per count of $7.46 is very misleading; that is actually the price per 2 patches and they do not come packaged that way. The actual price per count is $3.73 which is not a particularly good price. You can buy these in a drug store or some grocery stores for about $10.00 per box which is $3.33 per count.
