Soy can block thyroid as it raises estrogen. They can find a better oil to use like real olive oil..not fake olive oil that is really GMO corn oil with Roundup. I have been experiencing eczema flare ups more so on my face for the past year. as a fifty year old woman, I was looking like I had major break outs on my face and or without make up I could have easily looked like a heroin addict with the sores all over my face. Painful, extremely painful. I have tried soaps, coconut oils, creams, and then I heard a lady that was doing facials talking about how vitamin "A" is so good for the skin, even applied topically its like an anti ager! well I have been taking this vitamin "A" faithfully for the past 20 days and my face has cleared up 95 percent. and no pain anymore. I even popped a couple of capsules to apply to the sore spots and noticed within 48 hours a healing effect. now we know this is fish oil and hence the fish smell would be obvious when popping the capsule. but for what effects I have experienced, it was well worth it! search no further this is a miracle vitamin!! I have regained my confidence and im feeling great. I have experienced no side effects!! I was totally depressed meeting dead ends with products that I thought would be helpful.
