Review: Durable - Reliable - Looks Great! - I've had this unit for 4 months now. It's durable, its reliable, it looks great on our door. I've had no major problems with it. The manual key built into the remote is a nice feature too. I've not ever had to use it, but its nice to know it's there if needed. The only thing I'd change is that the remote must be within 4 or 5 feet of the door to work properly - a little longer range would make it much more functional. Other than that, it's a really great keyless entry.

**Q: Does this product work with "Z wave" technology? where I could link this to my security system and run it through Alarm.com?**
A: No, it does not. Thanks and have a great day.

**Q: How do I program the key less entry remote for my dead bolt?**
A: There is no programming necessary. It just works out of the box. It is infrared and directional and no programming is necessary and possible anyways. Keep in mind that being infrared, it does not work with garage door opening system.

**Q: I think mine is defective. The instructions are not working at all. I NEVER get any red lights or flashing lights really. I have done a reset. RMA?**
A: This may seem like a stupid question, but did you install the batteries?  Some electronic devices require a full 1.5 volts, so if you used Heavy Duty batteries you may have to switch to Alkaline.  Also I would double-check the polarity.  Most manufacturers test units at their factory before shipping, so I would be surprised if it is defective, but if above suggestings do not work, then maybe so.

**Q: I changed the master code on the lock but now if you hit the unlock button twice no matter what code you put it it will unlock, any way to fix this?**

I've had this unit for 4 months now. It's durable, its reliable, it looks great on our door. I've had no major problems with it. The manual key built into the remote is a nice feature too. I've not ever had to use it, but its nice to know it's there if needed. The only thing I'd change is that the remote must be within 4 or 5 feet of the door to work properly - a little longer range would make it much more functional. Other than that, it's a really great keyless entry.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient and Secure

My husband removed our old dead bolt and installed this one easily. I love the look, and it appears to be very well made. Now my house is locked all the time without having to fumble for my keys, and when I arrive home, the kids (who always run ahead) can unlock the door for me. The buttons are easy to press and make a small beep to tell confirm the key has been pressed so you only have to enter the code once to unlock the door, big upgrade from my garage keypad. I didn't give it a 5 because sometimes the buttons stick a little under the faceplate. This doesn't effect the performance, just my impression of the product.
