See attached photos (bolt too short) but bought a longer bolt from Home Depot that worked. However, it does not meat US standard to be hung on studs, so one side is always supported on sheetrock only. This undermines the safety of installation and I would never allow my child to go on it. Needless to say, we now have two large holes and partly destroyed sheetrock due to this incenedent. We have contacted the customer service as the product’s packaging asked for (before leaving the review) and once they realized what was the issue, they have disappeared and ignored any further contact. The guy on a phone promised to call back and never did.
