**Q: Is this attached to the stand?**
A: It is not physically attached. You can remove the guitar from the stand. The stand itself can stand on its own. I have the EVH guitar  standing next to my 1950 jukebox. It looks great standing next to it.

But, if taking your question literally, the Axe Heaven strings to move, so you can hit them, and they make a sound…but that’s about it. In no way shape or form is it a music note.
