It keeps catching on the triangular pieces on both sides.** A: I agree -- I have not been pleased with this product. The paper wrinkles while feeding it over the triangles and then it's too hard to get a clean tear if it makes it under the strip. I've ended up using the thin paper as void fill but I had hoped for so much more... **Q: I would like to order this paper and already have a wooden dispenser. What is the width of this paper?** A: The Melissa & Doug paper is 12 inches. If your dispenser is 12 1/2 inches wide or more the M & D paper WILL fit. From what I've seen so far on here the rolls of paper are all 15 inches and WILL NOT fit the Melissa & Doug paper holder (dispenser). So measure your dispenser before you order ANY paper. **Q: is there a way to wall mount** A: I had one. I'm sure you could just put two picture hangers on the back and it would work fine. I also put a heavy rubber band across the paper outlet as The roll had a tendency to"roll back" after tearing it off. Worked great from there on out. **Q: hi, mine came out without the wooden part to put in the paper roll. does the paper roll comes with it or am i missing that part?** A: Hi! Its works great and my 8 yr old can use it with no problems.
