Paper weight and quality excellent for the money, nice thickness to the paper. Nice touches to the journal making it look much more expensive than it is. The paper absorbs the paint and sketch marks that you make so you have to go over them a few times to make them pop more if you wanted to but for me I am liking the distressed effect that this creates. The paint used was Kuretake watercolour paint, black gel pen and white liquid draw gel pen.
