I used a healthy dose all over the scalp after shaving and I found it absorbed into my scalp really fast, leaving it soft, moisturized and not wet but the tingle carried on well after absorbing. This was really lovely, the tingly cooling feeling was really light and enjoyable, I'd bet it's incredible in summer!
