Made Paine au Raisin and Carmelo es the sugar I coated the inside of the ring with, slid the off after baking **Q: What is gauge of steel?** A: Not sure of the Gauge, however work fine with no bending with normal use. Have use to mold steak tartar and crab cakes which required more pressure.
