From the manufacturer Tyrannosaurus Rex Rawr! If this powerful predatory dinosaur lost one of its dagger-like teeth, a new one would grow back within a matter of weeks. Fierce, loud and gigantic. The dinosaurs are taking over the Earth! Although the Tyrannosaurus Rex looked quite threatening, it could hardly use its front legs armed with just two claws since they did not even reach his mouth. Nearly seven metres tall and thirteen metres long, the Tyrannosaurus Rex was probably not a very skilled hunter, but rather a scavenger which probably fed on the leavings of other animals.

**Q: Isn't this too small to be historically accurate?**
A: It's pretty accurate as far as toys go, and it's a good size dinosaur too compared to most toys you'll find. Schleich is a great company!

**Q: Is this toy hollow?**
A: The dinosaur is not hollow.  It is solid and quit heavy.  Great quality with a mouth that you can open and close.  My son loves this dino.  One of his favorites, which is saying alot for this one since he has around 300 in his collection.  Hope this helps!!  Tam

**Q: Is this too heavy to be used as a cake topper?**
A: I would say that you would be okay if you placed the dinosaur on the cake right before serving. Also, if you are using a fondant frosting, it'll be okay. Fondant is seems stronger than regular frosting. Hope this helps!

**Q: Does it make sounds and walk?**
A: no sound and no walk "himself" - it is top created figur

Es caro pero la verdad es que es el mejor dinosaurio que tiene mi hijo XD Es pesado y robusto, está muy bien pintado, la boca se mueve y no tiene pinta de que vaya a romperse, y mis hijos son muy brutos.

I love the quality of this toy, it looks so realistic (the eyes, the feet, the jaw,...), and it seems durable too (so far, at least) . The jaw opens and closes, which quite fun for kids. Full price is a bit expensive maybe, but we got it on special and it was worth every penny.
