They are very kind and professional, they reduced the CAD price after I purchased it and then refunded me back the difference. The bag gave me a lot of reassurance after a long battle with the tiny things that we shall not name. I used it several days in a row, heat treating all of my belongings in batches. The bag did a stand up job and got everything to the temperature I needed it. It is very simple to use and very simple to pack up after. Nothing was damaged. I recently used it to heat treat a cat scratching post I ordered online as a preventative measure. I just set up the bag and threw the scratching post inside, turned it on for a couple hours and then it was taken care of and my worry was gone.
