Ive only had my Spiky Ball for about a week, but so far I like it.  I got it for plantar fasciitis.  I haven't noticed improvement yet, but I have also been getting cortisone shots and going to physical therapy, and they are having a hard time hitting it too.  However, it does feel like it's really getting into the ligament in my foot and it feels good immediatly after, so hopefully it will help in my recovery.  It's nice to have an easy to way to massage my foot.  If I had any critcism, it would be that I can't quite figure out the best surface to use my spiky ball on.  I'm afraid it will damage my yoga mats with the spikes, and it slides a little on my hard woods.

OMG! I love this thing! I am a licensed massage and body work therapist and this is by far my most favorite self care tool. Its just terrific! It really is the perfect size to get any tight muscles feeling smooth as butter! I love it so much I've told multiple clients to buy one!

    Disappointed with instructions specifically addressing Plantar Fascitis problem

I am still waiting for the Mr Spiky Ball which is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.  I'm s bit disappointed already after viewing the 48 page online instructions manual.  I bought this specifically to treat plantar fasciitis which is shown in the Amazon ad but the online Mr Spiky Ball manual addresses a generic reflexology type of foot massage, not plantar fasciitis at all.
