Some drop it immediately in their beards, I prefer to drop it in my palm to see the amount I'm using so my beard don't get too greasy and then rub it in. Dependending on the state of my beard I comb it first or straight brush it (mostly). The oil is excellent! **Q: Ok for a 6" goat? It's way untamed. Would be nice if I could grow more but it's all I have.** A: I'm thinking this will work fine for you. Won't be over night though. Mine is trimmed beard with 4inch goat and after a month and a half, its way softer. Helps if you comb it out regularly. The bottle is small but drops go a long way. Pretty cool.
