I use it for my hair while my husband uses it for his hair and skin. It is thick compared to the ones in the store that are thinner so it holds moisture longer. I love that you have an option to use the pump or cap. I use the pump because I can manage how much I get out compared to pouring. My husband says his skin looks and feels healed and his beard has grown in thick and fuller after using this for about a month or 2. My hair is damaged but, this has helped sealed my hair to prevent more damage.
