Perfect for lasagna, cabbage rolls and roasting vegetables when a neither will work and a pan sheet is to shallow. The lid is a game changer for leftovers or prepping ahead of baking. Personally I’m not loving the overly rounded corners or upward handles compared to the usual side ones. It makes for an easy lift big enough for oven mitts but a little tricky to cover the pan with parchment and foil when needed.
