Plus on the back of the box the ingredients are listed. Key Ingredients: Vitamins A,C & E, Glycerin and Silk Amino Acids Plus the rest of the ingredients are also listed. I don't know what retinyl palmitate is. It may or may not be a by-product of retinol. I suggest you go to the manufacturer's product MSD Sheets.
