IT IS! Very strong, easy to hook up to the dust mop (which is machine washable and works great - sold separately). This is GREAT quality. Now I am extremely satisfied, and my vinyl plank flooring stays nice and clean with the quick dry mopping with this product between periodic wet moppings.
