This Aunt Jackie's seemed to have decent reviews, and although the price wasn't anywhere near as cheap as I was getting my previous co-wash for, it also wasn't nearly as expensive as most of the other ones seen on here. So, I ordered it.All in all, I've been pretty happy with it. I feel it keeps my hair nicely nourished and soft, but also helps to gently cleanse my hair without stripping or damage. I use this in between my shampoo days, which are about every 3 days or so. I have very oily skin and hair, so going too long without doing a nice, clarifying shampooing seems to start to make my hair look gross. However, I imagine those with less greasy hair could go more days between shampoos using this product than I am able to.
