**Q: Does Regular mean Adult Medium?**
A: Seems to be more like a small

**Q: what size for a 12” circumference around the elbow?**
A: They are not sized correctly and much smaller than they say.  Could not use them and couldn't return them.

**Q: Is there a size chart?**
A: The heelbo product I purchased was a one size fits all.  However it did not fit and I returned it for that reason.

**Q: How to purchase a larger size heelo heel & elbow protector? i need a large/extra large.**
A: actually, these are not large enough being size L/XL.  I do not know why they make these so constricting.  I have an old one that is stretched out, not at all constricting which is great for my arm.
