After all, we are designed to run around naked outside in the sun all day, but sadly few of us do. It's hard to get sufficient D from dietary sources (since we're supposed to manufacture it ourselves), so supplementation is wise. During the worst of the pandemic, D supplementation was recommended by an extraordinarily broad base of advocates, from the most ardent vaccine skeptics to Anthony Fauci himself. It's just common sense. Jarrow's D preparation is one of the few that is soy-free, substituting olive oil for the vehicle. So that's healthy too!
