I have applied it around my waist area along with my waist trainer and I have noticed a slight change. I noticed that my skin looks smoother and tighter. When you first apply it, you start to feel an icy sensation probably around 5-7 min after application. For the first 2 weeks you won't notice much (well at least for me) it's after the 3rd week that I could see the change in my waist and a little in my legs (as I applied some there too). It has a scent but I'm not sure with what to compare it with, it's not bad. It's recommended to apply it twice a day and combined with exercises. This is not a miracle in a bottle, you have to be active for it to work, it's supposed to help you not do all the work for you. So far I'm now on my 4th week and really liking my body and the results!
