A: It's actually zinc glycinate amino acid chelate 22mg. Hope that helps.

**Q: how many milligrams?**
A: 22mg per tablet, as stated on the back of the bottle.

**Q: Are these tablets coated in any way to ease swallowing?**
A: I find putting the pill in a spoonful of smooth applesauce and after swallowing, drink quite a bit of water eases it down the throat. I do that with all the pills I take no matter the size because I have to and unless directed otherwise I take after eating. Hope this helps!
