A: Hello, I have a 48 inch round table and there is at least 6 inches that goes under the table. I would get the smaller size that fits up to a 44 inch table.

A: I do not

**Q: how thick is the vinyl?**
A: I bought this for my parents. The vinyl is fairly heavy, enough that it does not tear easily when putting it on the table.

**Q: Is this actually heat resistant?**
A: I don’t believe so. I didn’t see anywhere in the description that it was heat resistant. I would still use a thick silicone or cork pad to sit a hot dish on.

I have a big round table. I ordered it size and it fits perfectly. It was certainly very wrinkled but I ironed it covered with a cotton table clothe on top. Do not directly iron the clear plastic it will melt. The result is really neat and nice... there are no more wrinkles.
