Review: Item was different from advertised & damaged - This item is not the heavy-duty product advertised. It's flimsy, with low-quality knobs, screws, and tripod. Additionally, it arrived damaged. When I requested a replacement, I was informed it would arrive on December 31. Although the item appears as available on desertcart, it’s actually out of stock, and the seller is substituting it with an inferior version that’s immediately available. Why mislead customers?
