Since we only ordered one 12x12 sheet as a sample, it was folded in half and sent in a priority box which is reasonable as there was a decent amount of packing material inside. Overall one tile is broken in half, three tiles have what looks to be a corner broken off with a small pile of gray-ish crumbled stone pieces glued where the missing corner should be (like a gap filler), and one tile just has the corner broken off and you can see the mesh behind it.I ordered from this listing specifically because Oracle has been named over and over as a good company to buy from via Amazon. We ARE going to use this style tile but haven't yet decided whether we'll order from this company through Amazon. Contacting company to find out if the tile normally ships with a cardboard backer behind the tile (and this one didn't because it needed to be folded to fit in the box?) or if this method of shipping is standard?If we had ordered one sheet to finish a job or cut into strips for a border, we'd be very unhappy and returning this immediately.
