The only thing I don't use it on is roller bearings. This stuff is so slick that it causes roller bearings to slide instead of roll and that creates flat spots. Then the roller bearings will never roll again. Still good on ball bearings though. **Q: Yeah,is this one good for lubricanting rubiks cubes? xd** A: Not sure if it can be used with plastics.....it was developed for metals I believe. All rubiks cubes that I have seen have been plastic ones. I do not see on the can or description where it says to not use on plastics, however. **Q: Good for garage door hinges and springs?** A: yes I have used it for garage doors and it worked well **Q: Is this particular one a "dry lube"? i notice another crc ptfe product that specifies dry. want to confirm that this one is as well.** A: This crc product goes on wet and dries to a non sticky film that does not attract or hold on to dirt or dust.
