Yes, it contains the Sodium Laureth Sulfate that is used in many cosmetic products for its cleansing and emulsifying properties. We hope that this information is helpful! **Q: I've used this product about 4 times now and every time it leaves my hair extremely greasy feeling at the top. What am I doing wrong?** A: It may not be an issue of doing anything wrong as bodies and hair types vary. For me, excluding hormonal fluctuations through each month, I've only had this issue when using too much or not rinsing as thoroughly as I thought I was. I've found I don't need to use as much shampoo and conditioner with this brand as I do with all other brands. Try using less than you think you need and see if that reduces the greasy feeling you're experiencing.
