Significantly smoother and cleaner than the clicker version pens. **Q: Has anyone used these for cross stitching?** A: My fellow quilters and embroiderers...these pens were not manufactured to be used on fabric. Thus, they've not been tested for fabric use by the manufacturer. Your precious handiwork could have serious marking on them down the road. They do have a cap that needs to be removed in order to erase. I find these to be wonderful.
