It is getting better but I still need to have a little bit of support when I'm doing my exercises. The sleeve portion was what I was most interested in and it works very well. It comes with two of everything.I was unsure which size to get since I was on the top end of the smaller one and the low end of the bigger one so I bought the smaller one... that is too small. WhenI take it off, it looks like I have a tribal tattoo but that's my own fault. Hopefully with all my exercising and over time it will stretch out and fit! :)I have to say that it really works well. I used it to ride on on my motorcycle for the track this past weekend. I was riding all day and was really worried that the turing of the throttle would make my wrist hurt more, but at the end of the day, when I took it off, it was feeling really good! I SHOULD have worn it when I went to the Painting party that I went to the other night because I'm a righty and my tennis elbow is on the right, I really fatigued that arm. Next time I will remember.I also use it for my Barre class that I just joined. I use it off and on and when I use it, my arm feels better the next day. So I just have to remember to wear it.Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I might have to go up a size but again, that's my own fault.
