Blood work was done and it was found that I was severely deficient in the B vitamins (malabsorption issues in my digestive system). I did the injection of B vitamins in the doctor's office but needed to go on supplements to correct the deficiency long-term. I bought these and take two tablets, three times a day. I am now in to my second refill and it is four months later. The muscle pain has gone away, so has the numbness in my feet.
