Contacted customer service and they've sent me a brand trimmer head, free of charge, free delivery. I can't thank them enough and I'm so happy to use my trimmer again. 5* service, best Customer service so far. BTW the cleaning it's very simple: just rinse under water. Don't open or remove anything for cleaning. Jan 2023 Still in use, still works great. Compact, eficient. I love it !
