I wear Women's size 7.5. Had seen couple reviews from women recommending the Mens and I agree. Both are thin and flexible; however, the Mens are a bit thicker and work much better. For me, the Women's were too thin and did not offer much pain relief. **Q: Can these help with heel bone bruise?** A: For the cost I wouldn't hesitate to give it a try. It has made a world of difference in the pain in my heel from plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. **Q: can this item use on heels** A: I’m not sure....they have a thicker sole so they may not be comfortable in heels or stick out a little, depending on the shoe.
