**Q: My purchase has gone wrong! Fault 1 is flashing on the control. So disappointed as it’s been a lifesaver this winter and it’s only 2 months old.**
A: Yes I was very disappointed with my electric throw, I asked for a replacement but was told I couldn't have one I could have my money back which is not right seeing it was under a the guarantee I've only had it a couple of months. But I realise now that it is a lot more expensive to buy one so I will go back to this firm again.
