You might be doing P90X, Insanity, T25, Zumba, or simply lifting weights and jumping rope in your garage or living room. Or maybe you just want a soft, safe space for your kids to play without worrying about toxic materials. This mat was made for you. It's intentionally oversized and extra wide, so you can move freely without stepping off the edge. You can do jumping jacks, burpees, high knees, or dance routines without constantly readjusting. It works with or without shoes, and it's fine on hardwood, tile, carpet, or concrete. We made the surface double‑sided non‑slip for a reason. The bottom stays put on your floor, and the top gives your hands and feet grip when you sweat. No more sliding into a split you didn't plan, or worrying about a rolled ankle. The 7mm high‑density memory foam is a middle ground we spent a lot of time on. It's not so soft that you feel unstable, and not so thin that your knees and elbows ache after floor work. It absorbs impact, reduces noise, and protects your floors from scratches or dents. If you've been putting a towel under your knees for lunges, you won't need to anymore. We also care about what's in the mat. There's no latex, no phthalates, no silicone, and no weird chemical smells. It's safe for your family, your pets, and your home. Cleaning is simple — just wipe it down, roll it up, and use the included straps and carry bag to store it. When you buy this mat, you'll also get a pair of workout gloves, three velcro straps, and a carry bag. That's everything you need to turn any room into a small gym. And if you have kids, you'll probably find them using it as a play mat. Or you might put it under your exercise bike or treadmill. It's heavy‑duty enough for fitness equipment. We're not trying to be the loudest brand on desertcart. We just want to make a mat that actually works for real people working out at home. If anything isn't right, our customer service is here 24/7 — just message us and we'll make it right. Thank you for considering our mat. We hope it makes your workouts a little easier on your body and your floor. ## Features - 【WORKOUT WITHOUT RESTRICTION】Extra long & wide for all types of CARDIO WORKOUT like P90X and Insanity, for DANCE WORKOUT like T25 and Zumba, for HOME GYM EXERCISE like Weightlifting, Jump Rope, Sit-up or Stretch. I'm not an experienced trainer or anything but I am beyond happy with this mat and the price I paid for it compared to similar ones on the market. It's very high quality and I like the texture as well. I went from completely sedentary to doing HIIT exercises on this mat everyday (definitely not recommended for beginners like me but I did it anyway lmfao and the results are great! want to slim down instantly while getting a bigger ass? its the way to go) and whether its cardio, strength training, or yoga, I feel like I can do everything comfortably on this mat. Some skinny people were complaining it isnt as big as advertised but I personally found this mat to be bigger than I expected and its more than big enough for my purposes. and im not skinny. I have a carpet floor and this mat hardly moves around, it only moves around slightly when I work out on it with my partner. I will say that there is definitely a breaking in period for this mat especially if youre doing something like HIIT, it will be very slippery when you first start especially if you get sweat on the mat. but I've found that working around this has added another element to improve my fitness, and for me it stopped being slippery after I worked out on it about 15 or so times. As a bonus, I'm also a cat owner and my cat really loves to stretch out on this mat and dig her claws into it and scratch it. She does this a lot and so far there haven't been any marks or signs of damage! So I can definitely feel the durability of this mat and I can see it lasting for years, which makes me feel like it was money well spent. The listing doesnt advertise this but this mat also comes with a set of gloves for training, which I didnt expect but was a very nice surprise! I haven't used them personally. This mat is kind of big and heavy to carry around but I don't move it at all so that's fine with me. Highly recommend, this mat is enough to make my own personal gym and I'm happy that this is just a one-time purchase I had to make and that I wont have to spend hundreds per month for a gym subscription. I love that I'm losing weight without paying the industry that profits off of body image issues and eating disorders. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PERFECT FOR YOUR HOME GYM! *by on Reviewed in the United States 17 February 2024* I was looking for a mat for my home gym, read other reviews and ordered this baby! I have to say that I was really impressed with how it arrived. It arrives fully wrapped with velcro straps that hold the mat closed in its storage bag (I didn't expect a storage bag but it's a great addition to allow for rolling up if you don't want it out all the time!) An extra bonus?? There's a pair of lifting gloves included!! Who includes anything as a bonus anymore??The mat itself is easy to wipe down, doesn't slip and marks from equipment aren't left after your workouts. It's not thickly padded so if you're looking for something with a the give to protect your knees when jump roping or something like that, you won't quite get that. However, for yoga and pilates, I put my yoga mat on top and it provides a really nice, cushy surface. As far as sizing, it fits my Flybird bench with room to spare. If you're looking for a super large basement mat, this may not be for you but at a measurement of 4' x 6', there's plenty of room to work out and protect your floor. For side to side movements like a squat side shuffle, I move on the diagonal.Overall, 5 stars on this one! ## Frequently Bought Together - GXMMAT Large Exercise Mat 6'x4'/6'x5'/6'x6'(7mm), Thick Workout Mats for Home Gym Flooring, Extra Wide Non-Slip Durable Cardio Mat, Shoe Friendly, Perfect for Plyo, MMA, Jump Rope, Weights, Fitness - FLYBIRD Weight Bench, Adjustable Strength Training Bench for Full Body Workout with Fast Folding-New Version --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/257834273-gxmmat-large-exercise-mat-6x4-6x5-6x6-7mm](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/257834273-gxmmat-large-exercise-mat-6x4-6x5-6x6-7mm) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
