While there are definitely more expensive, high-end luxury pillows out there, this one works great for the price and is a total bargain. It is a bit thinner and smaller than the premium versions, but it still provides the head and neck support I was looking for. We did have some issues with the suction cups staying in place; you definitely have to get them wet and reattach them to the tub each time to keep it secure.
