Rejuvacote 2 does not. Not sure about miracote .Since it's part of the first original product, there's a good possibility. **Q: Can I use a liquid quick-dry after applying Rejuvacote without counteracting the positive effects?** A: I use Rejuvacote as a base coat, then apply nail polish and quick drying top coat (i love Seche Vite). After the nails are completely dry and a few hours have passed, I apply Rejuvacote on top. I apply the next coat of Rejuvacote the next day too.
