**Q: My iphone 13 pro max has magsafe, can i use it without the metal plate?**
A: I have the 12 pro max and it worked fine with out my case on it. When the case is on it tends to slip down. I placed the small metal circle at the bottom of my case and it works great and still allows for wireless charging.

**Q: Does it swivel or is your phone stuck in a fixed position once you put it in the mount?**
A: It does swivel and tilts. It comes with a screw that you can use to thighen the position. However, I prefer to leave a bit loosen so that I can change the orientation on the go

**Q: Does this car phone mount easy to fall off in driving? I don't want to break my phone.**
A: Not at all! This is a shaking test done in the lab, and you can see that the vent phone holder mount can firmly hold the phone and hook the air vent. Hope this helps you. Have a nice day!

A: This phone holder is small and compact and snugs right up on the car vent. It is barely noticeable.  I put it on my vent and it stays there. It does a great job of holding my phone
