Juzo is a reputable brand. I measured my wrist and palm, which were 7.3/4 and 8 1/4, respectively. According to the chart, I was a size Large and ordered it. I wear compression 15-20 mmHg stockings every day and know how compression should feel. The glove went on too smoothly compared to my knee highs, which have a lower stated compression level. My wrist is at the top of my size range, and I can't see how this is 20-30 mmHg. I have lymphedema because I have to sleep on my left side all night, and I wore the glove overnight because I figured it was better than nothing, and I was in urgent need of treatment. In the morning, the swelling decreased a little, but my edema is so severe that all the swelling returned 30 minutes after I took the glove off. That meant I needed to wear the glove 24 hours a day for several days to get the buildup down. After 36 hours, the glove partially removed the accumulation, but it is now so loose at the palm and knuckles that I can easily slide two fingers from my other hand in it. Yet, I still am swollen in my hand. I've worn the glove too much to return it, and I've decided not to order a medium because I'm not confident my wrist will fit. I found another option that didn't come up in my search the first time:  Isotoner Therapeutic Glove, Closed Finger Compression Glove, 23-32 mmHg, Pair, Small  I like that it has fingers. I will let you know if it works. ### ⭐ Poor quality, bad fit *by K***K on Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2019* The compression quality is just not there, and the fit is bad. To use this at all, I'll need to make the part around the hand smaller. The wrist is tight enough but not the part around the hand. Don't order this.
